Trojans Ranked #1 in First ASWA Poll

CHHS topped the list of the top teams in 4A in the first edition of the 2013 ASWA rankings released Thursday. It is the second time in school history that the Trojans have achieved the #1 ranking in the state. In 2010, CHHS reached the top spot in the final ASWA poll of the season in 5A. The ranking also extends a streak of being ranked in every ASWA poll dating back to the beginning of the 2007 season.

Beauregard is ranked second behind CHHS followed by Thomasville, Guntersville, and UMS Wright. Alexandria is sixth, Central-Florence is seventh, Alabama Christian is eighth, and St. James in ninth. Ardmore rounds out the top ten this week.
